While all very similar, Airbnb, holiday let, and serviced accommodation represent various short-term rental options with differences in platforms, stay duration, services, and overall experience.
Airbnb:

Holiday Let:
- Platform: Listed on various platforms, not exclusive to the Airbnb platform.

Serviced Accommodation:
