As long as you’re happy with the estimated rent guarantee figure and we believe the property will work, we will then visit the property to take a closer look at the condition and local amenities. Step 3: Sign the Guaranteed Rent Agreement
Sign a 3 to 5-year lease agreement with us, ensuring guaranteed rent every month. Eliminate the stress of vacant periods, surprise maintenance fees, and late rent payments. Our guaranteed rent service ensures you receive consistent, on-time payments every month, providing a hassle-free and reliable rental experience.
Step 4: Handover
On handover we will arrange insurance for contents and accidental damage then get on with any remedial works such as redecoration or adding smoke alarms for guest safety. We’ll then furnish and dress the property ready for our short term let clients.
Step 5: Operations
We will operate the property within our business just as we do with our own properties. We provide short term accommodation for many types of travellers from 2 nights up to several months. Regardless of bookings and general maintenance costs we continue to pay you the agreed fixed amount of rent each month.
