Typically, our properties are used by contractors working away from home, families on vacation and key workers from the health care industry. We operate the property within our business on your behalf and charge a % commission on the revenue generated each month. Your income can fluctuate each month but with the potential to earn 2 or 3 times a standard BTL while being completely hands free.

We become the tenant and pay you a fixed rental figure each month. The property will be operated within our business but unlike the managed solution, your income will not fluctuate but still remains completely hands free.
